About
Badger Consulting Group was founded by Brad Weisman and Howard Kaufman to help middle-market companies overcome one of their most critical challenges: sustainable revenue growth.
Combining decades of corporate leadership, entrepreneurial experience, brand building, and business development, Howard and Brad bring a practical, results-oriented perspective to companies seeking to unlock new opportunities and accelerate growth.
Their approach is rooted in real-world experience—not theory. Having built brands, launched products, developed growth strategies, and led organizations across both B2B and B2C markets, they understand the challenges business leaders face when navigating growth, change, and increasingly competitive markets.
